If you've never tried Hypnotherapy before, you will be surprised just how much it can do for you! Many conditions are 'stress related' and therefore deeply rooted in the subconscious, which is where the hypnotist does his or her work.

With audio CDs, techniques can be used which would be very difficult, if not impossible, to use  in a one-to-one therapy session. Wearing stereo headphones means that the two stereo channels can be used to feed messages to both sides of the brain at once! This speeds up both the induction (going into trance) and the therapy itself. In some ways, an audio CD makes a more effective hypnotherapy vehicle than the therapist himself. Where the therapist is not needed to be present; to observe reactions, etc., the CD is a powerful tool.

The CDs offered here have all been tested and proven to be effective. Of course, I cannot control the way you use the CD, but if you genuinely want the outcome the CD is designed to give, then it will be a powerful tool to help you achieve it.
